Room Hire

At the WSSC we have a range of rooms for hire to suit any occassion, from a large wedding, wakes, birthday parties to small group/corperate meetings.

Our large open planned main room is ideal for all manner of occassions from hosting live bands, presentations, wedding receptions to charity and fundraising events. It has plenty of seating and tables for around 100 people, we have extra if required.

The main room has all you could need and we will do our best to accommidate the needs of your event. It also has a large screen, PA system, multiple tv's and free WiFi all included for your use. There is of course full access to our full stocked and caperable bar and out door seating.

If you need extra room then we also have a couple of smaller rooms that can be used to serve food or what every you require.

We can supply tea, coffee, biscuits all the way upto a full buffet. We will be happy to talk about your requirements to ensure your event goes smoothly.

We also offer excellent room hire rates for members (you must have been a member for a minimum of 3 months). If you are a non member, please submit a query using the form on the contacts page or pop in and see a member of our team.

Our large Lounge has comfortable seating and can be used for smaller gatherings, whether it be a party or meeting of around 50 people. There is another large screen and large tv as well as a P.A system. If required we can setup tables and you have access to your own bar. This room can also be used exclusively.

We have a small more private room that has comfortable seating and would be ideal for meetings of upto to 10 people. There is a screen for playing media and this room can also be setup in anyway you require with tables and chairs etc.
